2. Soundscapes & Breathing
From natural sounds to rhythmic patterns: participants explore how sound influences focus and emotions, while learning simple breathing techniques to release tension.

3. Creating Your Own Sound
The group engages with voice and body to create sound together. Harmony, resonance, and collaboration become tangible through collective sound-making.

4. Mindset & Application
Translating insights to the workplace: how short resets, mindful breaks, and micro-rituals can lead to greater productivity and less stress.

5. Closing Exercise
